Elaine A. Slike Neal, of Shippenville passed away June 29, 2014 at her home after a lengthy illness. Mass of a Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Immaculate Conception Church in Clarion with Rev. B. LaMounte “Monty” Sayers presiding.
