Ellen E. “Sis” Stiller, 79, of 306 Hiland Ave. Oil City died at 1:09 A.M. Sunday Dec. 7, 2014 at Magee Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh after an extended illness. Arrangements are incomplete.
