Margaret J. Frishkorn, 73, of Clintonville passed away at home on September 17, 2013.
Born January 4, 1940 in Carnegie PA she was the daughter of Henry T. Powell and Pearl E. Deal Powell. She received her education from the New Hope School. Margaret was a devoted housewife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Margaret was the center of her family. Her family was the most important thing in her life, she loved all her grandchildren so much. She was a wonderful pie maker and was famous for her other baking. Although Margaret was confined to a wheelchair she never let that be a reason to not work hard and reach her goals. She was always busy doing things for others and helping in whatever way she could. Even though she was unable to attend church she was a devote Christian who made time to read her bible and watch Sunday services on the television. She had a strong relationship with God. Everyone in Clintonville will miss seeing her going threw town with her wheelchair and great grand daughter Raquel Renee on her grandmas lap going to get the mail.
Survived by her children: Pearl Harrison of Beaver Falls, Michael W. Frishkorn and his wife Paula of Seneca, Paul L. Frischkorn of Cranberry, Margaret “Peg” Carter and her husband Scott of Clintonville, Matthew S. Frishkorn and his companion Bee of Harrisville and Shia Shane Frishkorn and his wife Tracy of Harrisville. Her grandhchildren: Matthew Harrison, Michael Frishkorn, Andrew Frishkorn and his companion Heidi, Laura Stelen and her husband Scott, Mark Hawke and his wife Leeann, Andrew Hawke and his companion Kali, Charles Carter and his wife Amy, Barry Yount II and his companion Carrie, Phillip Carter and his companion Sylvia, Rachael Knight, Samuel Carter, Katie Carter and companion John, Sarah Carter, Scott Carter II, Sarah Frishkorn and companion Kurt, Paul Frishkorn III, Jessica Friskhorn, Shia Shane Friskhorn II, Kyle Frishkorn, Hailey Frishkorn. 28 Great grand children.
Proceeded in death by her parents ,husband Paul L. Friskhorn, 4 children Paul L. Frishkorn II, Dorothy Jane, Luke John and Roseanna Friskhorn. And a grandson Taylor R. Knight and a very special friend Brooke Sandford. and a daughter in law Brenda Frishcorn.
Family will receive friends at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home, 109 Emlenton Street, Clintonville Friday September 20, 2013 from 11 am till noon, funeral service will take place at noon at the funeral home with the Rev.
