Rusty R. Rupert, 50, of Pinellas Park, Florida, formerly of Strattanville, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at his home following a brief illness. The Robert V. Burns Funeral Home in Clarion is handling the arrangements and a complete obituary will be published Friday.
