Diana A.G. Barnes-Clark, age 50, of Tionesta, PA, died on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
She was born October 11, 1963 in Harbor City, California, daughter of Sharon J. (McGee) Shulin, who survives in Tionesta, and the late Duane E. Barnes.
Diana received her Bachelor’s Degree in Juvenile Justice at Granite State College in New Hampshire and formerly was employed at Abraxas in Marienville, PA. She attended the Tionesta Church of God.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two sons, Matthew Henson and his wife Heidi, and Andrew Henson, all of Arkansas. A daughter, Amanda Henson of Massachusetts. Two grandchildren, Destiny Henson of Georgia, and Wyatt Henson of Arkansas. Three brothers, Patrick and David Barnes, both of Las Vegas, and Vincent R. Shulin of Tionesta. Two sisters, Sarah C. Girardi and her husband Dr. David Girardi DO of Clarion, PA, and Ellen G. Shulin of Tionesta. Several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, Diana was preceded in death by an Aunt, Kathleen S. Rokey.
Friends will be received at the Norman J. Wimer Funeral Home of Tionesta on Wednesday from 6-8pm. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 1:30 pm at the funeral home with Rev. Randy L. Evans, Clarion/Forest VNA Hospice Chaplin, officiating. Burial at Riverside Cemetery, Tionesta.
