William A. Krupitzer, Jr.

William A. Krupitzer, Jr., 54, of Oil City, died at 7:41 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2014 at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.

He was born August 30, 1959 in Pittsburgh to William A. and Regina A. Slattery Krupitzer.

Bill graduated from Cranberry High School in 1977 and while there attended vocational classes concentrating in warehouse management.

He enjoyed watching the Steelers, attending a variety of family get-togethers, and the companionship of his dog, Junior. Bill will be remembered as always wearing a smile and having a good attitude towards life.

For the past thirty-five years, he was employed locally in the auto parts sales and service industry, working for Baker’s Auto Parts, Klapec Trucking, and Northpointe Automotive.

He is survived by his parents, William A. Krupitzer, Sr. and Regina A. Krupitzer of Oil City; he was a loving and proud father to his two sons, Kyle E. Krupitzer and his fiancé Tiffani Clark of Oil City and Jacob A. Krupitzer and his partner Victor Aponte of Pittsburgh; a friend whom Bill treated like a son, Joshua Pleger of Oil City; his significant other, Elsie M. Hale of Oil City; and his former spouse, Juanita Mahood of Dempseytown.

Bill is also survived by two sisters, Judy L. Ehrhart of Oil City and Jane L. Hutchinson and her husband Gene of Oil City; a brother, Daniel B. Krupitzer and his wife Staci of Cochranton; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday (Jan. 27th) in the Hile-Best Funeral Home, Inc., 2781 Rte. 257 in Seneca, Cranberry Township. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday (Jan. 28th) in the funeral home.

Interment will follow in Rynd Farm Cemetery near Rouseville in Cornplanter Township.
