John R. Rupert Jr., 81, of Horsecreek Road in Seneca, died Saturday afternoon, February 8, 2014 in Clarion Hospital following an extended illness.
He was born in Oil City on October 1, 1932 to the late John R. and Wealtha (Smoyer) Rupert.
He worked more than forty years at the Pennzoil Refinery in Rouseville.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia M. (Paup) Rupert.
There will be no visitation and a memorial service is being planned for spring/summer and details will be announced at a later date.
Interment will be in Venus Cemetery.
