Kyle A. Jaillet passed away at 9:28 p.m. Saturday, June 7, 2014, due to injuries he received in an ATV accident in Mingo County, W.Va. He was 27.

Born March 2, 1987, in Greenville, Mr. Jaillet was a son of Brian L. and Sharon M. Kaylor Jaillet.

He was a 2005 graduate of Lakeview High School and Mercer County Career Center’s diesel mechanics program.

Following high school, Kyle’s first job was for two years with Tri-County Industries, Grove City. He was currently working as a field supervisor and installer for Imperial Systems of Jackson Center.

He was of the Protestant faith.

Kyle loved the outdoors. A former Boy Scout, he loved going camping, fishing and hunting. He loved spending time on the water in his boat and was an avid water-skier and knee-boarder.

Most of all, Kyle was a “red” tractor enthusiast and was most proud of his red sweatshirt stating “If It’s Not Red Leave It In The Shed.” He was building a red Massey-Harris V-8 pulling tractor. He had been a member of the Mercer County Antique Power Association.

With a contagious smile and kind heart, Kyle was always full of life and loved his family and friends. He was a loving son, brother, grandson and uncle and will be forever missed by all those he knew.

He leaves behind: his girlfriend, Samantha Bell, Grove City; his mother, Sharon Stalker and her husband Robert, Sandy Lake; his father, Brian Jaillet, Mercer; two sisters, Angela Jaillet-Wentling and her husband Richard, Fort Rucker, Ala.; and Stephanie Graham and her companion Jeff Schmid, Pittsburgh; maternal grandparents, John and Doris Kaylor, Stoneboro; paternal grandmother, L. Grace Hileman, Mercer; and a special nephew, Aiden Wentling, Fort Rucker.

He will also be missed by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Luther Jaillet.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Youth Programs, New Lebanon Community Church, 4166 Mercer St., Sandy Lake, PA 16145; or Mercer County Antique Power Association, Box 141, Mercer, PA 16137.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday (6-11-14) in SCOTT A. BLACK FUNERAL HOME, 99 Franklin St., Stoneboro.

The Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday (6-12-14) in New Lebanon Community Church with the Rev. Virginia LaVan Gadsby, associate pastor, officiating.

His cremains will be interred overlooking Lake Wilhelm in Fairfield Cemetery, New Vernon Township, and also at the Jaillet farm in Mercer.
