Christine Mary (Boyd) Krem, 63, of Clarion, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at her home.
Born on November 29, 1950 in Oil City, PA; she was the daughter of Milton A. and Patricia M. (Richardson) Boyd.
She was married for 24 years to Barry Z. Kerm of St. Louis, who preceded her in death.
Christine was a graduate of North Clarion Schools and Slippery Rock State College with a degree in Education. She and her husband worked together running their own business in St. Louis for many years. After her husband’s death Christine returned to the Clarion area to live.
She is survived by a daughter, Carey B. Engle of St. Louis and a son, Frank H. B. Engle of Clarion. Also surviving are three sisters, Judith Harris and husband, Donald, of Woodhaven, MI, Paula Bowersox and husband, Bob, of Clarion and Elizabeth McCray of Corry, PA; and her parents-in-law, David and Bebe Krem of St. Louis
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a brother-in-law, Thomas McCray.
There will be no visitation. A private memorial for the family will be held at a later date.
