Patricia Elaine Berst, age 69, of Distant, died Monday evening, July 15, 2013 at her home following an illness.
Born December 29, 1943, in Brookville, she was a daughter of the late Ross J. and Sara Leora Zimmerman Ferraro.
Pat married Gregory Berst on June 11, 1994. He survives.
She worked for Rola until its closing then worked in retail for Brodys and Danks.
Pat loved crafts and collected jewelry. She enjoyed working in her flower beds and shopping.
In addition to her husband, Greg, she is survived by a brother, Lanny Ferraro, of Brookville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, numerous aunts and uncles and her father-in-law, Charles Renninger, Sr.
There will be no calling hours.
A graveside memorial service will be held for family and friends at 11 am Saturday, July 20, 2013 at the Westview Cemetery in Summerville.
Reverend Randy Evans, Reverend Robin Stewart and Reverend John Stewart will officiate over the service.
